The Wakame Long Sleeve is an ode to the shadowy depths of the ocean realms.
Featuring a semi fitted double layer bodice, relaxed high neckline & exposed asymmetric rolled seam detailing throughout.
Garment Details:
- Material: Silk Tulle (100% silk) soft-touch, and naturally sheer.
- Semi-fitted silhouette with relaxed funnel neckline
- Double layer bodice
- Hemline finishes at natural hip.
Crafted slowly by my hands only in Aotearoa, New Zealand
Sizing notes
This fabric has a natural mechanical stretch which allows for some flexibility in sizing. If you have a preference for a more body hugging fit than pictured you may want to size down 1 size.

Silk fabric care
Silk should not be cleaned after every wear, instead where practical, I recommend airing your garment on a hanger away from direct sunlight.
Do not store silk clothing on hangers for long periods of time as this can cause warping in the garment. Best stored flat.
Silk requires gentle care - dry-cleaning or cool water hand washing with mild detergents is recommended.
Avoid twisting or wringing garment, allow to air dry.
Made-to-order garments are cut and constructed after you purchase, allowing me to produce consciously and only what is necessary. This way of working avoids overproduction and helps reduce the environmental impact of my business.
Please allow 5-6 weeks for custom or made-to-order pieces to be completed and dispatched.
